Paht Chee / Ba Zi analysis for Ms R: supplemental
My mentor in Paht Chee / Ba Zi analysis would like to add / clarify the following, with reference to Ms R’s Four Pillars:
Hidden Water:
The Snake + Monkey = Water is valid only if they are next to each other in the earthly branch of the Four Pillars chart (the book I’m referring to doesn’t explicitly state that! Grrrr!). HOWEVER, there is hidden Water - I happened to be right but for the wrong reason. Turns out the Monkey & Dragon combo also has hidden Water Stems. Phew!

Water as Wealth (for Earth self-element):
The wealth element of Earth is Water. Ideally, Ms R should work in industries associated with the Water Element in order to attain her wealth. This could be obviously water-based professions like oceanology, or conceptually related professions like the finance and banking industry.
Seasonal considerations:
Ms R is born in Spring. During this time, Wood exerts a very strong effect. But remember that Wood is very bad for Earth - it is considered as destroying Earth. So, what is needed to dampen Wood’s effect on Ms R? Metal destroys Wood, and Fire exhausts Wood. But if you take a look at Ms R’s chart once again, you’ll see the Fire available is rather small and weak. And the one Metal there is competing against a lot of Wood that’s already there PLUS the seasonal Wood effect as well.
What this means: Ms R would benefit from wearing Metal in order to weaken the Wood effect on her. Also, in order to maintain balance, she should directly enhance her Earth-ness in moderation, and instead look to enhancing her Fire aspect which would then support Earth. Summertime is the best time for her, as the Fire of Summer helps support her Earth.
Other Zodiacal relationships:
The trio of Rat, Dragon and Monkey are allies. In Ms R’s Four Pillars, you see that her spouse is indicated by a Monkey and her parents by a Dragon. This indicates that her spouse will get long well with his in-laws - now isn’t that good news?!

My thanks to my mentor for the corrections, clarification and additional insights! And to you, dear reader, I continue to invite you to get your own Paht Chee / Ba Zi chart analysed: I’ll do it to the best of my ability in the best of faith, and will not hesitate to include a supplemental section like this highlighting my mentor’s feedback should I receive it. Remember to read Free Readings for You! carefully, then drop me a line, okay? Cheers!
